In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.

Description
Fermob is making a remarkable entrance into the outdoor lighting world with its Balad lamp designed by Tristan Lohner. Joyous and colourful, this wireless lamp appeals both due to its modern look and its modest price. Suitable for outdoor use, it is a real go-anywhere product which can be moved as you like, from the house to the garden, the beach to the campsite. It can become a small ambient light in your living room or entrance, and is ideal as a night light in a child’s bedroom (it does not heat up). In your garden or on your terrace, it will be perfect to create a wonderful ambient light during yuor meals and evenings outdoors. Equipped with a metal handle, it is easy to carry or to hang (to a hook, a tree branch, etc. ). This wireless lamp recharges via a standard USB cable (included). It offers up to 14 hours battery life. The pressure button located on the handle not only lets you choose the intensity of the light but also the temperature (warm or cold light). These two temperatures create two different lighting moods: the "warm white’" lighting (yellow hue) is very warm, while the "cold white" lighting (blue hue) shows the surrounding colours with greater precision. This lamp is equipped with a Dim'up function: it gradually lights up so as not to dazzle the user. 4 lighting options by pressing the button: -1 press = 100% cold white light - 2 presses: 50% cold white light - 3 presses: warm white light.
