In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Our Dubai outdoor 6 seater corner sofa in metal with wood-effect tables is shaping up to be a firm favourite at Furniturebox HQ. Featuring handy in-built side tables at either end of the sofa, lovely comfy fabric cushions and scatter cushions, and a matching coffee table. This set offers relaxed, informal garden seating for any modern outdoor living space. We're loving this design! It's a sleek modern straight lines style with a nod to more rustic traditional styles through the slatted polywood panels on the side tables. The sofa and table frames are powder coated aluminium and the tabletops constructed from grey polywood slats with wood-grain effect, making it all sturdy, durable but lightweight. The fabric cushions are 8cm thick on the seat and back cushions, so you can hang out in comfort! Perfect for relaxing with friends and families, sharing quality time together (plus plenty of space for those all-important snacks and drinks!).The sofa frame and tables are UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. The cushions are splash proof (so if any spills occur, pick up the cushion and give it a firm pat on the underside to encourage the droplets to roll off). However, the cushions should not be left outside or in damp conditions. Store them somewhere warm and dry. If they do get wet then allow them to fully dry in the sun or somewhere warm before you store them. This set includes a FREE water resistant cover but please note, this is not fully waterproof and you should still store your cushions somewhere dry during wet weather and through winter.
