In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

The standard square throw pillow is a home staple, reimagined in our plush shearling patchwork. Every space needs an assortment of pillows to add textural interest and warmth. This versatile home decor accent is happiest when grouped on sofas, nestled on chairs, cuddled on beds, or anywhere else requiring a dose of cozy comfort. These also make dreamy additions to any nursery. This product is made in Canada from 100% genuine sheepskin shearling, front and back. Each pillow is sustainably crafted from outerwear off-cuts. Includes removable insert filled with eco-shearling fluff. Irregularities and variations in the colours, patterns, and textures of this product are characteristic of its natural beauty. Never put in the washing machine. To remove any dirt or markings that may occur, please see a reputable leather cleaning specialist immediately. Do not use any silicone-based products on your shearling or ever apply any adhesives/stickers to its surface. Do not wear dark-wash denim or other fabrics prone to dye transfer with your shearling. Therma Kota recommends having your shearling cleaned seasonally by a professional. If it gets wet, lay the shearling flat to air-dry. Do not rub or brush sheepskin when it's wet. Keep away from high heat sources such as blow dryers and radiators.
