In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Detachable mattress topper has 2 layers of micro springs for comfort and pressure relief. Mattress is finished with traditional tufting and 5 rows of hand side stitching. Springs: 30,000 in king size – 1,000 pocket springs and 24,000 micro springs in the mattress, 5,000 micro springs in the topper. Pillow top: No. Fillings: British wool, Yorkshire hemp, cotton, flax, Egyptian cotton, mohair, alpaca. Mattress topper fillings: Wool, cotton. Cover: Wool blend. Requires turning: Yes – the topper can be used on either side of the mattress. Base type: Pocket sprung with firm edge support and optional storage drawers. Sizes: Single, small double, double, king and super king. Mattress care:Air for 4 hours before using to remove any odour. Allow at least 4 hours for springs to settle and for mattress to attain its full size. Indentations caused by settlement of fillings or body weight are normal and are not considered defects. If used on a slatted bed frame, the space between slats must be no wider than 7.5 cm. Spaces wider than this may cause excess dipping of the mattress and invalidate the guarantee. Always use a mattress protector. Rotate regularly. Divan base care: Clean upholstery weekly using a soft brush or vacuum with the curtain attachment. Professional cleaning advised for oil- and grease-based stains. Some fabrics can show wear on areas of more use or in direct sunlight.
