Textured with denim and leather, the Texas rug from Homescapes has been handmade in India using traditional techniques. With dark and light blue tones, this leather and denim rug looks especially great on hardwood floors, or next to leather sofas and furniture pieces. It compliments both traditional and contemporary styles, and you can use it in your living room, dining room, study or bedroom to add some stylish texture to your home. Alternatively, place the hall runner size in your landing or hallway for a welcoming entrance to your home. Woven from denim and leather in India on traditional handlooms, the Texas rug has been carefully constructed by hand. To create a rug that is strong and sturdy, the material has been tightly woven and finished with folded edges for a tidy look. The Texas rug is available in four sizes including a hall runner (66 x 200 cm), small (90 x 150 cm), medium (120 x 170 cm) and large (160 x 230 cm). The Texas design is also available to buy as a footstool from Homescapes. About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
