In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

This 200 thread count bed linen is made from Egyptian-grown cotton, famed for its high quality. The percale weave gives a smooth matt finish and crisp, cool feel. Please note that pillowcases are sold singly. Egyptian Cotton The long, fine fibres grown exclusively in the Nile Delta make Egyptian cotton one of the world’s finest, giving this bed linen both its durability and beautiful softness. Thread Count This number refers to the number of threads per square inch. Typically, the higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the feel. Reassuringly Well Made At John Lewis & Partners we test every piece of our bed linen to high quality standards of durability, colour-fastness, shape and size retention. So you can always rest easy, knowing you’ve made the right choice. Easy Care Finish We recommend washing this bed linen at 40ºC but it can be washed at 30ºC. Lower temperatures save energy, helping to be kinder to the environment. An easy-care finish has been added to minimise ironing and will last wash after wash. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
