This 3 layer blackout coating also adds an extra layer of insulation, giving the blind thermal properties which aren’t found on non-blackout blinds. Just be aware, we wouldn't recommend installing this blind in your kitchen or bathroom. The mix of cotton and linen fibres don't withstand humidity well so it may start to curl. The width stated in our product specifications is the total width of the blind including mechanisms and brackets. The width of the fabric alone will be a few centimetres less than this.
