In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Returns As our usual exchange and refund policy doesn’t apply to products that are made to order or made to measure, our Select Curtain Poles cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, or not as described. To see the colour finishes of the poles, a selling partner or home designer, in store, will have a sample ring available with all finishes. Behind every great pair of curtains is an even better curtain pole. It’s important not to neglect this part of your window dressing as, without even realising it, the pole provides support both in the obvious structural sense, but also in terms of complementing your decor. Designed and made here in the UK our premium Select Classic Curtain Poles are a fantastic option. Here’s why: They’re made from high-quality steel that will support all curtain weights, from breezy voile panels to heavy, opulent velvets Depending on the type of pole you choose there are up to four finials and powder-coated finishes available so you can create your perfect configuration Sizes range from 1m to 4m, going up in 10cm increments, so there’s a size to fit every window without having to get the hacksaw out. If the size of the curtain pole selected is 210cm and above, the pole will be delivered in 2 parts.
