In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Description
The Ultra Comfort collection of pillowtop mattresses combine naturally breathable and temperature regulating British Wool with a luxuriously soft sleep surface. Innovative internal tufts produce a smooth, modern look. Hand made in the UK using the highest quality fillings and fabrics. A deep British Wool comfort layer offers excellent temperature regulation and breathability and is combined with luxuriously soft and supportive polyester filling layers for added comfort. High quality steel pocket springs with edge support offer even weight distribution and pressure relief. The springs provide support as you move in your sleep; for all body shapes and sizes. Two additional layers of pocket mini springs work perfectly with the main spring unit to offer additional comfort and support. All Ultra Comfort mattresses are inherently fire retardant and free from traditional chemical flame retardant treatments. The new internal tufting system removes the need to glue layers of filling together and also produces mattresses with a smooth, modern quilted sleep surface preferred by many sleepers. Make the most of your mattress After unwrapping your new mattress, leave it in a well-ventilated room for a few hours. Any natural scent from the fillings will dissipate after a few days. We recommend using a cotton mattress protector and airing your mattress regularly. If you’re placing this mattress on a slatted base, ensure the gaps are no more than 7.5cm apart.
