The controversial modern artist/sculptor, Joep Van Lieshout, offers a variation on the theme of the reclining chair that the Modernes have seized upon, from Marcel Breuer to Le Corbusier including Charlotte Perriand. The Liberty Lounger reclining chair aims to reconnect man with raw and natural materials. Made completely from solid walnut, Liberty is a reclining chair with a modern but timeless design. The perfect tensions of the angular lines counterbalanced by a unique curve on the rear grant this reclining chair a strong sculptural presence. A wide unique armrest highlights its unique character.
