In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Each piece is handcrafted by our specialist team in our Nottinghamshire workshop combining traditional techniques with exceptional craftmanship. Well-considered details ensure lasting quality, including piped edging, separate back cushions, and hand-turned hardwood feet. The hardwood frame and high-grade steel serpentine springs are selected for enduring quality, and the cushions are made from foam with a fibre wrap for added comfort. The fabric is hand cut to size, playing close attention to the characteristics of the material, and the sculpted hardwood feet provides the finishing detail. Our upholstery fabrics are sourced from Italy’s finest mills and are chosen for their style and quality. We have selected a beautiful heavyweight, soft washed linen with an outstanding texture. Our linen is perfectly suited to upholstery, with an appealing natural, and tactile feel. It is also heavy and durable. The linen is FR treated for domestic upholstery ensuring peace of mind as well as meeting specialist UK furniture requirements. The Story of Nkuku
Inspired by the artisans they met during a world trip in 2002, Ali and Alex established Nkuku, a brand that celebrates handmade techniques and traditional skills from artisans across the world.
The journey began with a business plan drafted on a beach, with the name "Nkuku" taken from a Zambian village they passed.
Starting in Devon, they initially sold products from their travels at local markets. Eventually, Nkuku transitioned from a wholesale business to a known retail brand, offering a wide range of homewares, from tableware to furniture.
