In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

With a true touch of genius, French creator Laetitia Rouget works with different mediums: ceramic, paint on canvas, textile… Her cheeky universe is populated with bold illustrations and confident colours. Her creations are imbued with a generous helping of optimism, creating a delightful universe. Each of these pieces is overflowing with humour and is often inspired by nature or the human body, designed as a way of sparking conversation, laughs and joy, often through mischievous inscriptions. For each sandstone piece in the collection, a prototype is made by hand in the Laetitia Rouget studio. Each piece is then made in Portugal and painted by hand with plenty of love and mischief by artisans who faithfully reproduce the artist's illustrations. LAETITIA ROUGET'S SOURCE OF INSPIRATION: "The main artist who have inspired me are Grayson Perry, Hylton Nel and, of course, Matisse! That said, I'm also inspired by a lot of up-and-coming, young creators, like Luke Edward Hall, Rose Electra, Isabella Cotier and Oscar Piccolo. "Books and nude drawings are always a great source of inspiration for me, but sometimes I can also find a lot of inspiration in random things. I love telling stories and meeting people from different cultures through travel. Travelling has always been an excellent starting point for all my projects. Seeing as many different cultures, the different ways in which countries and populations live, bright colours, scents, and the effect that that has on the senses has massively inspired my work."
