In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

A luminous openwork cone of incredible delicacy. Secto is a pendant whose contemporary design contrasts with the warm look of natural wood. A small style detail, the textile cable gives this pendant real elegance. The thin wooden slats of the lampshade form an ethereal volume around the light source and play with transparency and light for a highly poetic effect. This openwork structure gives rise to a subtle play of shadow projection. A minimum amount of material for an exceptional effect! In the purest Scandinavian tradition, Secto Design lamps are handcrafted in Finland. Each item is a real technical challenge, an example of exceptional craftsmanship. The slats in the lampshade are interconnected by rings made of 'aircraft plywood', a very heat-resistant material used by the aviation industry. Wood is at the heart of this lighting collection that pays tribute to this noble material, making it adopt forms of a finesse never seen before, both clean and contemporary. This pendant gives off a soft, warm light, directed downwards. Very aware of environmental issues, Secto Design gets its supplies of wood locally and recycles its waste as firewood, toys for nurseries or for carpentry schools. To minimise its transport impact, this light is delivered disassembled flat. Each Secto Design lamp is manufactured with love and care by master carpenters passionate about their work. The 'authenticity' seal, a hologram label on the wooden lampshade, guarantees that the lamp is produced in an environmentally, ethically and socially sustainable manner in a modern, safe Finnish factory, respecting labour laws, tax laws and EU standards. The PEFC-certified birch used for Secto Design lights is grown in Finland, allowing short transport routes. Recycling and waste sorting are priorities throughout the manufacturing process and all wood waste is delivered to an energy recovery plant. The packaging, customised for each model, is made from locally produced eco-friendly cardboard. The use of plastics has been reduced to a minimum and alternative, greener materials are constantly being introduced. Every Christmas, Secto Design makes a donation to a charity. Employees suggest and discuss possible recipients and decisions are made by vote. In recent years, Secto Design has donated to the Malala Fund, Women's Bank, Scouts and Save the Children. Secto Design also sponsors a child in Nepal through Plan International. Each Secto Design lamp is manufactured with love and care by master carpenters passionate about their work.
