In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

Description
Invest in a better night’s sleep when you choose a Vispring Baronet Superb bed. The mattresses are made to order in a firm, soft, or medium comfort level. Luxurious, all natural fillings including British fleece wool, horsehair and cotton are layered around hand nested vanadium pocket springs. The sprung divans, with a choice of drawer storage, are crafted to the highest standards and upholstered in the finest Belgian fabric. Headboard is an optional extra. The Vispring Baronet divan set offers resilient support, cooling comfort and superb craftsmanship. The 21 cm mattress has 1326 six-coil springs in king size made of strong vanadium steel. They’re hand-nested in calico pockets, and layered with moisture-wicking fillings – horsehair, bonded British fleece wool and cotton, and blended British fleece wool and cotton. The mattress is covered with high-quality ticking and is hand tufted with felt washers. The wool-upholstered borders with air vents and horizontal handles are finished with two rows of hand side stitching. This well-crafted mattress comes with a sturdy timber-constructed divan base which incorporates optional storage drawers. The base has 600 hand-nested pocket springs in king size, and coir and blended British fleece wool and cotton fillings. Shown here in. Gem Prussia - Dark Grey (2027). The mattress should be aired for four hours after delivery to freshen and remove any aroma from storage. It may take time for your mattress to attain its full size once the springs have settled to the correct position. This is due to the mattress being upright during transit. Settlement of fillings and indentations caused by body weight compressing the fillings are natural and not considered defects. This can be minimised by regular rotating (unless yours is a dual tension mattress).
