In order to streamline the fulfilment process, we organise deliveries direct from suppliers to you. This ensures your order will arrive faster and minimise the risk of in-transit damage. As a result, our shipping fees are on a per-supplier basis. This means that if your order can be fulfilled by a single supplier we will only charge you a single delivery fee (which will be the highest individual unit delivery amount of the items ordered); if on the other hand your order can only be fulfilled by multiple suppliers we will charge you a delivery fee for each supplier. By way of illustration, if you order a small item that is fulfilled by one supplier and a large item that is fulfilled by another supplier, we will charge you £55.90 for delivery (being £5.95 + £49.95).
If you wish to make a return, please email returns@withflitch.com. Some suppliers will allow a longer period than 14 days and multiple items are to be treated on a per supplier basis and may have different return periods. In our confirmation email, we will specify the return period and process for the item/s in your order.
If at any point prior to confirmation you wish to cancel part or all of your order, please email orders@withflitch.com.

This set pairs the Vispring Maristow Supreme 1700 mattress with the Premier Shallow sprung divan base. Maristow Supreme 1700 Mattress Handmade in the UK with a steel pocket spring system and layers of temperature-regulating natural materials, this mattress provides pressure-relieving support and is tailored towards a medium tension level of comfort. Insulating Shetland fleece wool and breathable cotton help to maintain a natural airflow throughout the night, keeping you cool and comfortable, while ensuring your sleep environment stays hygienic. Silk and bamboo fibres are also soft and naturally absorbent. The hand-nested pocket springs are produced in a honeycomb formation, in order to provide accurate pressure-relief and keep your body weight evenly distributed. This mattress is finished with an exclusive M-PURE cover which is chemical-free and flame retardant. The cover has passed rigorous testing that’s required by the British Safety & Fire Regulations. Made from a natural, bio-based raw material, it continues to reduce the environmental footprint of Vispring products throughout their full life cycle. Three rows of hand side-stitching and cotton felt tufts ensure all natural fillings are kept in place. Premier Shallow Divan Base A sprung, supportive and durable foundation for your mattress, this shallow divan base is made from high-quality FSC-certified materials. Traditionally glued and screwed, the pocket springs are produced in an edge-to-edge format in order to maintain the structure of the base and keep your body weight evenly distributed, while the natural fibres maintain effective ventilation. The slow-grown Scandinavian softwood and hardwood used in this base has FSC accreditation.
